Our B&B is right in the middle, so you can easily visit Exmoor and Dartmoor national parks; the county town of Exeter; market days at Barnstaple, Tiverton and South Molton; plus the delights on our doorstep, Bampton in Bloom and Dulverton, gateway to Exmoor.

For a short break, or longer holiday, come and stay at our farmhouse bed and breakfast accommodation, set in the heart of Devon on the southern edge of Exmoor.

Interested in gardens? Knightshayes Court is nearby as are many privately owned gardens open to the public, and the RHS garden at Rosemoor. Even the experience that is the Eden project is only 2 hours away.

National Trust members will be spoilt for choice, with Killerton House, Arlington Court, Knightshayes Court, Dunster Castle, A la Ronde, and Castle Drogo all nearby.
