This area is a walker's paradise, and there is no better way to spot wildlife than by using the footpaths. The are red deer. badgers and otters, and birds from red kites to the tiny firecrest. The wild flowers start in the Spring with the primroses and orchids and just keep on coming all summer through until the spectacular autumn tints take over.
